Return of Student and learners at campuses and school premises

Due to reduced numbers of positive cases of corona virus the government has decided to open the country fully .Since the country was on level three for months the president has changed the level of the country to unadjusted level 1. Most regulations changed ,school learners and students cannot be able to go attend the classes contact. The government has stated that there must follow strict protocols regarding on the health of students and subordinates. NO person ,other than a learner or officials may enter school premises hostel, unless makes arrangements with the principals or health departments. Sun-direction does not preclude any state institutions supporting constitutional  democracy from executive mandate. Despite sub-direction the principal of the school who convenes or host an event or activity at school provided that compliance with hygiene and safety measures on Corona virus, as contemplated in directions as seconded in complied .students needs to get vaccinated to be able to get to the campus .

The other issues is that when there is number of more than 50 students who attend the same module at the same time they should be divided in groups in order to avoid the quick spread of the virus. Mask is compulsory for them to enter the campus. This is a very big negative impact for students because they were introduced in online learning industries and now they are get used to it. Most of students seem to be enjoying the online study ,they pass theirs module way better than when they are used to during contact learning

Students have been badly impacted by the covid-19 pandemic threats to their own and their families health, closure of school and introducing online learning was the best thing government can do for the country. Students complete online surveys that asked about Corona virus their fail returned to school experience. That shifted every thing in country, business that are done  schools had no choice but to stop .The importance of attending school in person is also highlighted by the fact that many children and youth also receiving mental health services while they are physically present school.

To help most vulnerable students the government had to prioritize by directing much of funding and resources to support schools delivering remote instruction ,to encourage students to remain in schooling by incentives such scholarships or bursary. Researchers discovered that after this lock down and closure of schools that most of students returned to school pregnant, reason being that they had nothing to do most of the days and when they got bored they engaged themselves to the unprotected sex .Students do not have to return to campus they must continue with what they are used to because it an effective and good thing for them.
